Parking at the chalet is available (private courtyard).
The free car park at the entrance to the village is located at 25m from the accommodation.
In winter the chains for the wheels are highly recommended.

Remark: please note that cleaning of the dishes and the disposal of household waste is not included in the end-of-stay cleaning option and shall be carried out by the Guest in any case. The Guest is also requested to collect all houselinen on the beds before departure.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
Pre-payment conditions (only by bank transfer):
30% of the total price for the rent shall be transferred within 48h after booking and 70% of the total price of the rent shall be paid by bank transfer 30days before the scheduled arrival date. In case the booking occurs within 30days before scheduled arrival date the total price for the rent shall be paid by bank transfer 48h after booking.

Remark: the total price for the rent includes the rental price added with the local taxes (1,65EUR/adult/night).

Deposit :
A 500EUR deposit shall be transferred together with the last payment of the total price of the rent. The deposit will be refunded within 7days after scheduled departure date in case no damages are found after traveller's departure.

Cancellation fee :
1/ No cancellation fee wil be applied if cancellation occurs up to 30days before scheduled arrival date
2/ A cancellation fee of 100% of the total price for the rent shall be applied if cancellation occurs within 30days before scheduled date of arrival.

Cleaning
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, please note that the "end-of-stay cleaning" does not include the cleaning of the dishes and the disposal of household waste (including ashes) which remains the responsibility of the guests.
